Katharine Parmigiani
Managing Director

katharine parmigianiKatharine is a senior healthcare communications professional with more than 13 years’ experience of global and UK healthcare public relations. She has worked for numerous blue chip companies and smaller healthcare focused clients across a variety of disease areas including Diabetes, Cardiovascular Medicine, Gastroenterology and Ophthalmology. Katharine has been involved in the strategic development and implementation of communication plans for pre and launched products.

Whilst Katharine brings strong communication skills across the healthcare PR spectrum, her main passions are healthcare event management and key opinion leader development/advocacy relations. Over the course of her career, Katharine has developed and managed a variety of healthcare-focused events including conference series inthe areas of Psychiatry and Cardiovascular Medicine for 200+ delegates, UK regional meetings for secondary and primary care including a series of 37 meetings over a six week period and numerous KOL and media advisory boards in areas as diverse as Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Oncology and Rheumatology. She has also been responsible for the successful delivery of satellite symposia and roundtable forums at key International and UK Congresses; often working alongside third party groups such as the Royal College of Ophthalmology and Heart UK.

Since setting up Parmigiani Consulting, Katharine has organised and managed large international medical congresses for 200+ delegates in the areas of Shock, Trauma and Critical Care and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.

Katharine brings positive, results-driven attitude to everything she does and enjoys working in partnership with clients to achieve outstanding results.

Dianne Fraley
Consultant

Dianne FraleyDianne is an experienced communicator in the healthcare and food sectors, with more than 13 years experience.  Her wealth of expertise includes heading media strategy at three agencies, developing and running key opinion leader programmes, launching landmark clinical trial data and product launches.

She is a strong communicator with a common sense approach to solving problems.  Her great experience in running meetings for clinicians includes identifying and providing skill set training, webcasts, media training, media briefings, clinical trial data presentations at key international conferences, satellite symposia and UK regional and stand alone meetings.

Dianne has worked across a wide range of therapeutic areas including cardiology, urology, dermatology, depression and rheumatology

Freyja O’Duffy
Consultant

Freyja O’DuffyFreyja’s career in conference management began with her appointment as Exhibitions Marketing Assistant for Calbiochem-Novabiochem. This involved setting-up and working on  stands at international and national life science and biomedical conferences, as well as working on the planning and implementation of specialist conferences in the area of peptide chemistry.

In 1996, Freyja moved to Germany to work for Zeneca in the conference and marketing division.  At Zeneca her main role was to organise satellite symposia and co-ordinate activities on their exhibition stand at international medical congresses.

For the past ten years, Freyja has been working as a consultant to pharmaceutical companies and event management agencies. Her role has included the development of conference agendas, faculty liaison, delegate recruitment and logistical support.

Freyja graduated from Lancaster University with a BA (Hons) in Marketing and German.

 

Charlotte Frost
Consultant

Charlotte FrostCharlotte is a dynamic team player with more than twelve years of experience in medical communications and conference management in key therapy areas including cardiology, neurology and nutrition.

Charlotte’s medical background, proven project-development and organisational expertise have resulted in the creation of outstanding satellite symposia, major international conferences, stand-alone meetings and speaker management programmes.

Past clients include a number of leading healthcare companies such as AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Kellogg’s, Lundbeck and the Nuffield Trust.
